Our Traditional Mead is created by using pure Alberta Honey. This simple Mead uses only honey, yeast and water combined to create a light refreshing beverage. The off dry flavour is crisp with light notes of wildflowers, clover and honey with hints of citrus.

Beary Berry Honey is a family-operated apiary owned by Sam and Sandra Thiessen near Tofield, Alberta. We have been beekeeping with our children since 2004. Today we carry several different value-added product lines, all handcrafted in our very own commercial kitchen, using pure Alberta unpasteurized honey from our own hives and blended with all-natural ingredients, Our line now includes over 40 products including, flavoured honeys, glazes, vinaigrettes, tea-infused honey, mead and skin care.
