These are potato dumplings made with 100% Alberta Ingredients - REAL POTATOES and no potato flakes or potato flour, Alberta Cage Free Egg And Non-GMO ALBERTA Wheat Flour. These gnocchi are just like the Italian Nonna used to make – Serve with Let’s Pasta tomato sauce or your favorite pesto. No artificial additives or preservatives or colours are added to any of our products.
