Braised (slow simmered) ALBERTA Wagyu beef with Red wine, spinach and mozzarella make-up the predominant flavors in this favourite Let’s Pasta ravioli. Boil for 4-5 minutes and toss with a hearty sundried tomato and mushroom ragout.
