Brown Sandwich Sourdough Loaf
Our Brown Sandwich loaf takes its inspiration from the traditional Canadian Maritime Brown Bread. Made with molasses and whole grain organic flour gives the loaf a soft, tender crumb with a complex full-body flavour that is begging to be eaten with brown beans, as toast with a berry jam, or as we say in the loaf's name, a sandwich.
