Scotch Egg

Our Scotch eggs are made with a hard boiled eggs, wrapped in Cumberland sausage meat (parsley, sage, coriander (cilantro) and pepper), they are then rolled in golden breadcrumbs and baked in the oven. They are eaten hot or cold, whichever is your preference. They can be enjoyed on their own, or with a salad or on a ploughmans platter (similar to a charcuterie board).
