Black Pudding

Black Pudding (Blood Pudding) is made in two different versions. The "English" method has pork back fat included, while the "Scottish" method omits the back fat. Our black pudding ingredients have been specially blended in the UK, and only contains 2% blood. This can be enjoyed in a horseshoe shape, which has been put into a hog skin, making it totally edible, or as slices, whereby the outer plastic wrap is discarded once cooked.
