Local rhubarb was fermented with honey from True North Apiary in Calmar. This fermentation technique emphasizes floral qualities from the honey which combine with the rhubarb's acidity. We add rose extract to bring up more floral qualities that pair well with Gin and classic grenadine recipes alike.
