We use alberta horseradish from rich black soil grown at Fifth Gen Gardens. We sourced Organic dairy from Vital Greens Farms and fermented it with buttermilk culture. This take on a classic creamed horseradish is then finished with Indonesian Muntok peppercorns for a rounded profile.
