Ella's Pantry is a manufacture of Pure Vanilla Extracts, Pastes and Powders in Alberta. We produce several varieties of vanilla extracts such as the Madagascar, Ugandan Bourbon Planifolia and Tahitian. We use a Proprietary cold extraction process to preserve the over 250 flavour compounds of the vanilla. There is no added colour, sugars, or flavourings.
