Pure Vanilla Bean Paste
Ella's Pantry's Vanilla Bean Paste, is a thick, viscous mixture made from ground vanilla bean powder, and natural thickeners.
Our European recipe is a combination a simple syrup with ground Vanilla beans and contains visible flecks of real vanilla bean seeds, which provide both a rich, intense flavour and a visually appealing speckled appearance in recipes. Use it in frostings, crème brûlée, ice cream, custards, puddings and more.
Available in 100ml Madagascar and Tahitian varieties.
