Out in the Sturgeon County area, we grow beautiful Hungarian. These strong varieties boast a kick but with a high flavour! Using the garlic scapes, we prepare a plant-based pesto that has been a huge hit at markets these past 2 years. Use as a sandwich spread, on crackers or in mashed potatoes!
