Out in Sturgeon County, we grow a variety of organic crunchy cucumbers. Instead of the usual cucumber pickling, I make and can a tangy relish. Fantastic on crackers or in sandwiches or burgers, I sell it online or at Farmers Markets in and around Edmonton. My customers can not get enough of it!
