Gutsy Garlic farm is passionate about producing high quality garlic. We saw a need for better, bold flavoured garlic that discerning customers would love, and embarked on a journey to grow garlic. Gutsy Garlic is produced on fertile prairie soil built up by years of regular composting and long crop rotations to minimise disease pressure. Our goal is to produce safe, healthy food the whole family can enjoy, while educating people on farm life and the benefits of locally grown garlic.
