Our Celtic Blend hot cereal is a powerful blend of 8 nutrient packed grains and seeds, including Scottish oats, cracked purple barley, heritage wheat bran, cracked rye, millet, flax, hemp, and chia.

Directions: In a medium saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 cup of Heritage "Celtic Blend" Hot Cereal. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer, stirring, for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow to sit for 2 minutes. Makes 2-3 servings. Suggested toppings: milk, fresh fruit, cinnamon, and nuts.
