Our bacon-based spread is the Black Sheep of Condiments! Originally designed for burgers but perfect on eggs, potatoes, grilled cheese, baked Brie, green beans, Brussels sprouts, Mac and cheese, perogies, charcuterie and even a spoon! There are 3 flavours; Original is the base recipe, then we added Jalapenos for a spicy version and Whiskey and Caramelized Onions for a bold version.
Jalapeño Flavour
We’ve taken our Original recipe and added in Jalapenos, seeds and all, to give a spicier version. This flavour is amazing with cheese: grilled cheese sandwiches, macaroni and cheese or mixed with cream cheese to make a dip or a stuffing for mushrooms, chicken or jalapenos!
