This traditional mead is similar to John Cameron Classic as it is a blend of honey varietals. Similar to blended grape wines, lovely complex flavours are achieved as a result. This mead has a bold citrus nose with silky, floral notes and an off-dry finish. Pairs well with fish, poultry, or pork.

Chinook Arch Meadery was founded in 2006 as the first Meadery in Alberta. Our meads are made to highlight and celebrate rich and pure Alberta honey as well as local fruit such as cherries, black currants and saskatoon berries. Production takes place in the scenic foothills of the Alberta Rocky Mountains and currently we are able to craft 15,000 litres annually. Sales are predominantly though select southern Alberta liquor stores in southern Alberta and on-line.
