100% Grass Fed and Finished Beef . Our cattle are in the pastures year-round. In the summer they are moved daily onto fresh grass. In the winter, they receive certified organic hay and certified organic alfalfa cubes. The cattle are not given any grains or grain by-products at any time in their life

We also make certified organic, gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, and egg-free deli meats and sausages with no fillers or preservatives. We’re committed to organic, humane, and sustainable farming practices, working to improve the environment, animal welfare, and human health. Our goal is to make healthy, clean food accessible to as many people as possible.
