Odd Mums Gluten Free is a business managed by two half Filipino cousins and mothers, Ria-Rose and Christine. In 2016, Christine's second oldest child was diagnosed with celiac disease. Living with celiac disease can pose challenges because high-quality products are not always readily available in the market. Not all gluten-free products meet the same quality standards. Our goal is to offer individuals with gluten intolerances and celiac disease the chance to enjoy top-notch gluten-free products.
Cinnamon Roll
Dairy-Free Gluten-Free Cinnamon Rolls, made with tapioca starch, rice flour, and oat flour for a fluffy texture. Filled with a sweet mix of sugar and molasses, and spiced with cinnamon, these rolls rise perfectly with yeast and baking powder, bound together with xanthan gum and psyllium husk.
