Our Award Winning Black garlic is made by heating whole bulbs of garlic over the course of several weeks with low heat and controlled humidity (Maillard Reaction), a process that results in sweet, soft, black cloves. They are full of umami flavour and higher in antioxidants. Amazing on charcuterie.
