Ingredients
- 2 cups baby carrots

1 red bell pepper
chopped

1 zucchini
sliced

1 red onion
cut into chunks
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- 3–4 tbsp Sweet Jalapeno BBQ Sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
Add our sauce onto your favourite veggies and you have an easy but delicious week night side dish.

- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- 3–4 tbsp Sweet Jalapeno BBQ Sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Add all veggies to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle salt + pepper, and toss.

Add Sweet Jalapeno BBQ Sauce and mix until everything is lightly coated.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until caramelized and slightly crispy on the edges. Optional: brush a little extra BBQ sauce on top in the last 5 minutes for extra glaze.
