  • Stale Croissant
    4
  • Large Eggs
    4
  • Milk
    1 Cup
  • Sugar
    1 Tbsp
  • Pure Vanilla Extract
    2 tsp
  • Salt
    1/4 tsp
  • Butter for pan
  • Banana
    1 sliced
  • Nut Butter
    to taste
  • Drop Caramel Syrup
    generous amount

Banana Caramel Croissant French Toast

  1. In a shallow bowl whisk eggs until frothy. Add milk, sugar, vanilla and salt.
  2. Dip both halves of the croissant in the mixture no more than 1 min each side.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan to low-heat and melt butter.
  4. Cook each halve until golden brown, pressing down gently with the spatula
  5. Build as follow: spread nut butter of choice on the bottom half, cover with slices of banana, drizzle generously with Drop Caramel syrup, add top piece of croissant and drizzle more caramel syrup. Voilà!!
