Preheat the oven to 350°F

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside

In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients with a wooden spoon

Add the coconut oil, cinnamon honey, and vanilla

Mix with the same wooden spoon until all the dry ingredients are well-coated

Spread the mixture evenly onto the parchment-lined baking sheet

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway

You know it’s done when the oats start to turn slightly golden
