Start by seasoning salmon fillets to your liking.
(salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning is a favourite)
- Then drizzle with olive oil or top each with a pat of butter.
- Pop the fillets into your air fryer at 400 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
- Add a dollop of My Oma Always Apricot Jalapeno Jelly on top of each fillet before placing them back in the air fryer to finish cooking.
- Once your salmon is fully cooked, you can use a basting brush to spread the melted jelly evenly over each piece. Enjoy!
