Apricot Jalapeno Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  1. Start by seasoning salmon fillets to your liking.
    (salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning is a favourite)
  2. Then drizzle with olive oil or top each with a pat of butter.
  3. Pop the fillets into your air fryer at 400 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add a dollop of My Oma Always Apricot Jalapeno Jelly on top of each fillet before placing them back in the air fryer to finish cooking.
  5. Once your salmon is fully cooked, you can use a basting brush to spread the melted jelly evenly over each piece. Enjoy!
