Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare the Potatoes:
Wash and dry the potatoes.
Make slices across the potato, about 3-4 mm apart, stopping just before you cut through so that the slices stay connected at the bottom.
Season the Potatoes:
Mix the olive oil, melted butter, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Brush the potatoes with the oil and butter mixture, ensuring it gets between the slices.
Sprinkle the Jake's Original seasonings evenly over the potatoes.
Bake:
Place the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy on the edges.
Add Cheese and Garnish:
Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
