Jake’s Veggie Platter

Ingredients

  • 1 med Med onions
  • 10-12 medium carrots
  • 1 medium Zucchini
  • 8-10 small potatoes
  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put 2 tbsp a of oil in a bowl, put the potatoes in and roll around until all potatoes are coated, so the seasoning will stick much better, Drain remaining oil into a separate small cup.
  3. Put potatoes in a different bowl and shake on Jake’s Signature. ( Jake’s Original ), don’t be afraid you’re putting to much on, because some seasoning will stick to the hot broiler pan that’s been getting nice and hot. The hotter the surface the better the seer. Remember to wipe off the the dirty spit on the broiler pan before flipping food back Bake 6 minutes on each side, you should be able to see the black lines of seer’d seasoning on both sides..
  4. Some put the broiler on first for 20 mins. After it reaches top temperature, turn off broil and set back temp back to 325 degrees. Seering is much better.
  5. Combine all on a baking dish and bake at 350 for another 12 -15 mins. Remember, all your veggies were not fully cooked in the oven, just seer and all about 1/4 cooked. Once it is at your tenderness, remove and delightfully place on a serving dish dressed with lettuce bed.
  6. Repeat same procedure for all veggies
Tips
You can either grill, fry or bake at 350 for 20 mins on a broiler pan. Every stove comes with one. Be sure to add all 3 flavours of Jake’s to them all.
