Hibiscus Citrus Cooler Drink

7
MINS
Here’s a delicious and creative recipe that makes the most of hibiscus juice — naturally tart, floral, and full of antioxidants: A vibrant, refreshing drink that balances the tang of hibiscus with the brightness of citrus and a touch of sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hibiscus juice
    (freshly made or store-bought)
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
    (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup chilled sparkling water
(or plain water for a still version)
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange or lime slices, for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
  1. Mix the base:
In a large glass or pitcher, combine hibiscus juice, orange juice, lime juice, and honey. Stir well until the honey dissolves completely
  2. Add the sparkle:
Pour in the sparkling water and gently stir to combine — this keeps the fizz light and refreshing.
  3. Serve:
Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the cooler over the ice, and garnish with citrus slices and fresh mint.
  4. Enjoy immediately, preferably under the sun or with your favorite meal.
